Creating awareness with tailor-made events
Our mission is to design and deliver events and training programs, both corporate and open to a wider audience, effectively achieving educational goals and engaging key stakeholders. We also organize ECM events in partnership with Agenas-accredited providers.
All events are managed under our robust quality system, ensuring full compliance with GDPR and the 231 control framework.
Pre Event
Focusing on educational and informational goals, we handle every organizational aspect with meticulous attention to detail and management optimization.
Stakeholders
Identification and management of speakers, sponsors, and participants, with their needs always at the forefront.
Congress Services
Selection of venues, graphics, congress kits, catering, audiovisual services, and event staff, we ensure a seamless and high-quality experience.
On-site Event
We are present throughout the entire event, aiming to ensure schedules are met and any unforeseen issues are efficiently managed.
Post Event
Post-event management is what makes the difference: from issuing attendees certificates and collecting feedback to sharing congress and educational materials, all while ensuring full GDPR compliance and safeguarding personal data.
