A high-specialization program for 15 hospital pharmacists, aimed at strengthening their role in combating antimicrobial resistance (AMR) through appropriate management of antibiotic therapy.
The Academy provided practical tools to support therapeutic decision-making, optimize treatment timing, monitor KPIs, and foster integration within the multidisciplinary team.
The project included two in-person meetings featuring lectures and working groups based on case studies.
